How it works?
You can get an Instant Quote online. You can either bring your laptop to our location or we email you a prepaid label. Simply pack and ship your laptop. We get your laptop and we inspect it, and then you get paid. Your payment is sent after we have inspected your laptop. This normally happens within 24 hrs.
My laptop is completely in parts, would you buy it?
Come into our location or ship the product to us for a quote. Most likely, we will buy it if the product is not too old.
I have sensitive information on my laptop. Should I erase it myself?
You don't have to worry about your data. We assure you that your device will be wiped clean.
Do you buy desktop computers also?
We only buy laptops, Ipods, Ipads and Iphones. We buy some other Smart Phones, but they need to be a newer model of phone. It is the same for tablets, they need to be newer models.
Is the Shipping 100% free?
Yes, many companies subtract the shipping cost from the quote. We do not subtract the shipping cost from the quote. Shipping is 100% free here.
When do I get my cash?
As soon as we inspect your item at our facility. This normally takes 24 hrs.
How long before I receive my check?
You should receive your check within 5 to 7 days.
